Beauty Treatments for Black Heads

So whilst i was reading my weekly magazines of all things fashion and beauty, i came across this product : The Bodyshop BlackHead Remover. I was intrigued as to how it worked, so i went out and invested in one. It cost me £3 which i didn't think was too bad.

The Bodyshop £3

Double Ended

On the back of the packaging it explains how to use the product. It looks a bit daunting but i was ready to try it out. First you have to open your pores with warm water, and then you place either the small or large end of the stick (depending on the size of the area you are targeting) and you gently press against the skin. If it works it is meant to release the blackhead from the skin.

I gave it a go and although it promised good results, i have to say i didn't find it helped much and in fact if you pressed even slightly too hard you were left with an indent in your skin. I would only rate it 4/10 and there are better solutions on the market, face scrubs for example which have a longer lasting effect.
